Less than 24 hours remain until the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops. This year has seen it's share of big releases with Medal of Honor, Starcraft II, Fallout New Vegas, and Civilization V but this launch is being billed as the biggest and most anticipated of the year. Unlike last year with Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, there has not been much controversy surrounding Call of Duty Black Ops, there's has been no debate over dedicated servers, multiplayer cap or bugs. What there has been plenty of though is leaks and spoilers including multiplayer zombies, Dead Ops Arcade, achievements, and more. Good thing is those spoilers shouldn't ruin the enjoyment of the game. However will the launch exceed or even meet the success of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2? Revealed in Activision's financial report from last week, they expect Call of Duty: Black Ops to sell about 20% less than Modern Warfare 2. Even so, major retailers such as Best Buy, Game Stop and Walmart plan late night and midnight openings tonight so gamers can get their hands on the game as soon as possible. You can use the Midnight Openings Store Locator to find a store near you. Will you be one of those head out at 11:45pm tonight?
