Mass Effect 3 Release Countdown Begins

Its a little more than a week until 2012's biggest game to date hits PCs and gaming consoles across the planet. Mass Effect 3 is the third and final game in the critically acclaimed Mass Effect series of action role playing video games. In it players will reprise their role as Commander Shephard as they try to save the plant and mankind from destruction by a race of mechanical aliens. Mass Effect 3's worldwide launch starts on March 6th in North America and continues in Europe, Australia and the rest of the world later that week. The game's first DLC called Mass Effect 3 From Ashes is also scheduled for release on the same day as the full game is released.
