Rockstar games announced today that it has pulled the digital version of Grand Theft Auto Vice City due to what is said to be licensing relates issues with some of the music that is featured in the game. There was no official word on which song or music is causing the issue but according to Cinema Blend, Sony Music has filed claim over Michael Jackson's "Wanna Be Startin' Something". So for the time being, gamers will not be able to purchase the game from Steam, GamersGate or any other digital distributor until either the song is removed or licensing worked out.

Although released back in 2002, Grand Theft Auto Vice City is still extremely popular. You can find more information on the game page as well as some helpful Vice City Cheats and Walkthroughs.
