Players can fight large or small tactical battles covering the years 1930-1949. There are 175 scenarios and 7 special linked campaigns , expanded and extremely detailed OOB's, improved graphics, World War 2 long Campaigns and 15 levels of terrain on maps. That can now be set from a minimum of 20 hexes wide and 40 hexes high to up 160 hexes wide and 200 hexes high. Although a DOS game, it plays well in OS/2 and a W95, W98, or WinME MS-DOS Window. The fully illustrated HTML game manual that comes with the game also contains set up information. SPWW2 version 5,6 is a completely free, full featured game, not a demo.
