Blood Effects: A popular add on for Medal of Honor that adds a bit of realism is the blood special effect when an enemy has been shot.  Electronic Arts left blood effects out of the retail release, partly to receive a T for teen rating, but this hasn't stopped some "free-lance" programmers from creating this add on.  Below are some of the most popular blood effect add-ons and the website where they can be found.(Some include screen shot previews)
