Description:
DroneSwarm is a side scrolling shoot-em up game that has a game play very similar to the classic arcade games such as Gradius. The game was developed for the shmup-dev forum competition back in 2007 finishing 6th. In in players fly a futuristic air craft as they combat a variety of enemies while collecting power ups after you've shot enough enemies down.
The game is a bit short but the game play is fun and well worth the time. The game can be downloaded for free by following the link below to the DroneSwarm download page.
