King's Quest 1 was one of the first and most successful graphic adventure games. Originally released by Sierra back in the mid 1980s the series has since been abandoned to the disappointment of many long time fans.
This version of King's Quest, called Kings Quest 1 VGA is a remake of the original. The storyline remains the same as the classic but now includes some updated graphics.
Developed by the Anonymous Game Developers, The King's Quest I VGA remake was released on August 7th, 2001. It was the first fan-made adventure game remake ever released, and the first fan-made game to ever include a voice pack! In all aspects, the King's Quest I VGA remake has broken records!
