BioShock 2 Sea of Dreams is currently in development by 2K Games Marin studio. There isn't much in the way of details on the game but if it's anything like the first game we'll be in for something special. The game is tentatively schedule for release late summer/fall of 2009, probably in the September/October timeframe.
In late October a teaser trailer was leaked to YouTube giving fans a first glimpse of BioShock's sub title Sea of Dreams. No word on if any of the rumors surrounding the game are true.
