Frontlines: Fuel of War is a near future/modern military first person shooter. Set in 2024, the world is in chaos with shortages of oil and natural gas splits the world into two major alliances who vie for power. The United States and European Union make up the Western Coalition while China and Russia make up the Red Star Alliance. Soon tensions lead to full scale war between the two factions.

Frontlines: Fuel of War contains both a single player campaign and multiplayer game mode, the single player campaign is rather small when compared to all of the maps, vehicles and options available in multiplayer mode. Frontlines: Fuel of War is very similar to Electronic Art's Battlefield series of games. In Fuel of War multiplayer, players can choose from six different classes; assault, heavy assault, sniper, anti-vehicle, special ops, and close combat. In addtion to the classes players will also take on different roles which enables them to upgrade to new and better weapons and abilities.

Built using the Unreal 3 game engine, Frontlines: Fuel of War is available for the Xbox 360 and Games for Windows platform. The multiplayer mode supports games with up to 64 players and includes 8 maps with more planned as downloadable content.
