Started back in 1994 with Arena, The Elder Scrolls has become one of the best selling and highest rated video game series for the PC. The Action RPGs have introduced PC gamers to many new features in RPG gaming and is still going strong. Including expansion packs and the yet to be released The Elder Scrolls Online, the series has a total of 13 games for the PC.

The Elder Scrolls Online is an upcoming massively multiplayer online role playing game set in The Elder Scrolls universe that is tentatively schedule for release in 2013. It will be set on the same continent of other The Elder Scrolls games, Tamriel, but will have its own storyline set some thousand years prior to the events of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard is the first DLC released for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The DLC includes more than 20 quests and side quest for players to complete which revolve around an ancient ritual that a clan of vampires are trying to peform in order to block out the sun forever. Dawnguard also includes two new skill trees one for vampirism and oen for lycanthropy.
