Multiplayer
The multiplayer game mode for Serious Sam II includes only a co-op mode which really limits the playability after the single player campaign has been conquered. Any of the standard multiplay game modes of deathmatch, team deathmatch or capture the flag would have been a nice addition.
Bottom Line
The lack of a solid storyline works in Serious Sam II because of the game's humorous approach and overall intent of an action only game. There are some minor misses in game play and audio but the overall graphics and game engine perform very well. The game remains faithful to the original Serious Sam with it's non-stop action, humor and colorful environments. If you like the idea of a game with lots of enemies and firepower, plus easy to follow objectives than you can't miss with Serious Sam II.
