Beneath A Steel Sky was originally released for both the Amiga and PC back in 1994. In 2003 Revolution Software made the title available as freeware. Beneath A Steel Sky is a science fiction adventure game set in a bleak almost apocalyptic style future.
The graphics are very good considering the game is more than 10 years old. With a very good storyline, interface and plenty of puzzle solving make the game fun regardless of what the graphics look like. It's a PC classic.
Beneath A Steel Sky does require an extra download in order to play. Along with the game files, you must also download what is called the ScummVM. SCUMM stands for "Script Creation Utility for Maniac Mansion" and is a utility used to create the famous LucasArts adventure games.
